Annual open enrollment is a three-step process for all continuing and new open enrollment students:
- Application - This is completed online by parents anytime during the open enrollment application period (November 1 - January 31). A separate application must be completed for each student.
- Notification - Applications received after January 31, will be notified in a timely manner, but no later than two weeks before the first day of school. If your student is accepted, then the notification will include instructions to complete registration using the online registration portal in ParentVue.
- Registration - Registration is complete when the online registration has been submitted using the online registration portal according to the instructions provided by the Superintendent's notification of open enrollment acceptance. This includes providing all required registration documents to the school of acceptance by the deadline provided on the notification, and the school verifying completion of the online registration process. Online registration should NOT be completed by any open enrollment family until they have applied for and have been accepted through the three-step open enrollment process described above.
