Catalina Foothills High School (CFHS) is located in Tucson, Arizona. 

The Registrar's office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm during the school year. Summer hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The Registrar's office can assist you with the following:

  • TOURS

    Administrator-led tours are conducted by appointment only.  Please call Naomi Stompoly, House 2 Coordinator, at 209-8482 to schedule a tour.

    FALCON SHADOW DAYS

    Prospective students who do not currently attend a CFSD school are invited to visit.

    1. Shadow opportunities are available for students who do not currently attend a CFSD school. 

    2. Visiting students will meet their host students in the CFHS main office at 10:40 am and attend class periods 2, 3, and 4. The Shadow Day will end at 2:20pm. Students should bring a sack lunch or bring $3.50 (exact change please) to buy lunch in the cafeteria.

    3. Shadow Days for Spring 2025 are 1/17, 2/14, 3/7, 3/21 and 4/11.

  • CEREMONY

    The Class of 2025 will graduate on Wednesday, May 21.

    The ceremony is open to all students, family, relatives, and community members. Seating is first come, first serve.

    Historically, the graduates begin entering the stadium around 7:10 pm and the ceremony begins promptly at 7:30 pm. The ceremony is about one (1) hour in length.

    DIPLOMA

    As graduates are called to the stage they are handed a blank diploma cover. The actual diploma will be ready for pick up in the House 1 lobby for approximately one (1) hour, immediately after the ceremony.  Any diplomas not picked up that evening may be picked up throughout the summer months in the Counseling Office.

    Summer pick-up hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Thursday.
    Please note that only the graduate or their parent may pick up the diploma.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: PARKING

    The Pima County Sheriff has notified the school that parking restrictions will be enforced on Pontatoc Road and Valley View Road on the evening of graduation. There will be no parking allowed on the shoulder of these roads, where no parking signs are posted. We will be running a shuttle service from St. Thomas Catholic Church at 5150 N Valley View Road from approximately 6:15 pm - 9:30 pm. Please plan ahead and arrive early so that you can find a legal parking place if you are not using the shuttle.

  • ALUMNI

    Your parent(s) or spouse may not request your diploma, transcript or immunization records. Once you graduate, your records become private and, under federal law, cannot be released without your permission.

    Transcripts can be ordered through Parchment's Website.   We are offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It is also more efficient and will deliver your transcripts to you or to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. If you have any questions about Parchment, select the "help" link on their site. 

    IMMUNIZATIONS

    Please use the Parchment link above to request immunization records.

    CFHS DIPLOMA

    We are unable to reproduce or provide a copy of your high school diploma. You may request a transcript through Parchment if you require acceptable proof of high school graduation.

    Duplicate copies of your diploma can be ordered if you have lost your original diploma.  If you would like to order a replacement diploma, you will need to do the following:

    1) Contact the registrar for a Diploma Replacement Form and request an official copy of your transcript to be sent directly to Herff Jones on your behalf.

    2) Obtain a certified check or money order in the amount of $45.00 made out to Herff Jones. This fee includes the cost of the diploma plus tax, shipping/handling.   

    3) Send the completed Diploma Replacement Form and the check/money order to the address below.
