CFHS Athletics Registration Packet
Follow the five steps below to register your athlete at CFHS. If you have questions about the registration process, please contact Jennifer Boccelli at jboccelli@cfsd16.org or call 520-209-8412.

New Users: Set up a new account in Register My Athlete. Please see this link to view an instructional flyer and slideshow.
Returning Users: Login to your Register My Athlete account from the previous year and begin a new registration for the 2024/25 school year. Select all sports that the athlete wants to participate in. Then, follow the rest of the regular process to e-sign and upload registration forms.Following registration, athletes must complete the impact test and the brainbook certification.

Next, your athlete must obtain the certification from the AIA Brainbook and Opioid course. -

Course: Brainbook and Opioid Training
Once your athlete completes both the Brainbook and Opioid Courses, take a screenshot of the certificate and upload it to Register My Athlete. -
All student-athletes must submit a physical, AIA Form 157, signed by a physician. This is an AIA requirement. The physical must be dated on or after March 1st, 2025. AIA Form 157 must be used.
- Please be sure that you complete ALL PARTS of the AIA Form 157. This includes the parent information, consent to treat, and physician’s signature.
To allow time for processing, all athletic registrations must be completed two weeks before the beginning of the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Paper copies will not be accepted.

Each sport has a required participation fee. Once the teams are established, athletes should pay this fee through InTouch. All head coaches will be notified once InTouch is available for parents to make payments. All athletic activity fees for these sports must be paid prior to the first competition. Click on InTouch Payments (also available on the front page of the CFHS website), log in, click on your student's name, Activities at Student's School, and Athletics. You will select the sport that your child is participating in. Refunds will not be issued after two weeks of practices.

Football: 4-7 PM, Monday through Thursday (5/27-7/31)

Cheer: 6-8 AM, Monday through Wednesday (June 2nd until the end of summer)

Girls Basketball: 5-7 PM, Monday through Thursday

Mondays-Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 pm, Wednesdays-Thursdays 7-8:30 pm (Skills Work).

Fridays 6-8 pm.
