REMINDER: CFHS Parent/Teacher Conferences Information

CFHS Parent Teacher Conferences: Tues-Wed, October 21st-22nd, 12:30pm-3:30pm

CFHS Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming soon, CLICK HERE for the Signups page.

Select the subject area for the teacher you wish to schedule a conference with, then click on the name of your student's teacher.
On the booking page, navigate to October 21/22 to see available conference slots.
Fill out the requested information, then select "Book."
Repeat steps 1-3 for additional teachers (if applicable).
After booking a conference slot you should receive a confirmation email. Keep this confirmation email as it will contain the link you'll use for joining the Google Meet on the conference date.

Here are a few things to be aware of:

Conferences for CFHS will be held virtually via Google Meet.
Conferences are 10-minutes long.
Please keep in mind that teachers have limited time slots available. It is encouraged that you meet with teachers of the classes which you have specific questions or concerns about.
If you are not able to schedule a conference during the available times, please contact the teacher directly to make other arrangements.

If you do not know the name of one or more of your student's teachers, you can find them in the "Class Schedule" tab in ParentVUE.

Forgot your ParentVUE login credentials? Email Ann Margolis (amargolis@cfsd16.org) requesting your ParentVUE password be reset.
